Being a wife and mother doesn’t seem to mean what it use too….its more than just getting jewelry and a nice wedding gown…..and much much more than being pregnant and picking out nice clothing for a baby….
What happen to the wives that shared everything from last french kiss in high school to the last french fries at McDonalds? And what happen to the Mothers who helped their children with homework, made their lunch, talked with them, laughed and played with them? Its time to bring her back…..and I’ll be the 1st to admit that it sounds so “hollywood”….but when you think of those things you think of the best….and if the MAN YOU MARRIED AND CHILD YOU BIRTH AIN’T WORTH THE BEST…..WHO IS?????
I VOW TO GIVE MY FAMILY THE BEST….
To be the best wife I can be….by seeing that my husband needs are met before anyone elses…..being his best friend like I always have been, and giving him the respect a MAN deserves.
To be the best mother…..by loving my child unconditionally and giving him the support (and discipline) he needs to prosper….if that means no cell phone until grades are good or no football/basketball until my baby knows how to behave so be it.
These are my goals….because mine deserve the best…..and I’m the best person to give it to them
